RETURN & REFUNDS


Here at MP Luxury Hair, we do our utmost to ensure that all products are in excellent condition and that they arrive to you with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us and discuss the issues that we have an opportunity to rectify the matter with you.

MP Luxury hair does not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind so please choose carefully before purchase as most of our items cannot be returned due to health regulations.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A FLASH SALE WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Please reach out to our Customer Care team if there is an issue or a fault prior to sending the unit back so that we can advise on how to return the unit to us.

To be eligible for a return/exchange you must comply with the following conditions.

You must request a return within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • For faulty products on arrival or broken products in transit please be aware that photo evidence must be supplied.
  • If the customer accidentally receives the wrong product, we are more than happy to swap it out for the right one!
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn or altered in anyway.
  • We cannot accept returned products that have been used or extensions that have been opened.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(with the exception of faulty units.)

Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 working days to process the funds back to your account.
